Returns Policy

Whilst we have a returns policy, we will always do our best to help find alternate solutions or accommodate returns where possible.

If you are not satisfied with the product or service you have received, we welcome a return and refund, where possible we would greatly appreciate your valuable feedback. To process a return please contact our Customer Support team on 0800 368 9903.

Our policy is broken down below:


You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Where applicable your item must be in the original packaging.

Your items need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will typically receive the credit within 5-10 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies this can be different.

Postage and packaging

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage and packaging in order to return the item. Postage and packaging are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return postage and packaging will be deducted from your refund.
